  • Order Cancellation: In the event a product is listed with an incorrect price or information due to an error, Next Generation Laptop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse and/or cancel any order for said product and immediately correct the inaccurate information, even without prior notification to the customer.
  • Cash Price Focus: All prices listed on our website are valid for Cash payments only. Additional transaction charges will apply to card, mobile banking, or other digital payment methods.

  • Imagery: All product images (laptops, used devices, and spare parts) shown on our website are either digitally enhanced or sourced from manufacturers. The actual product’s color, size, or texture may differ slightly from the image displayed.

3. Payment and Refund Terms

  • Inventory Confirmation: It is highly recommended that customers ensure inventory availability before making any payment or transaction.
  • Digital Payment Charges: Additional gateway charges or transaction fees may apply to online or digital payments.
  • Refund Process: If a refund is requested, the process may take 10–15 business days to complete.

    • Non-Refundable Fees: Any additional fees or charges deducted by the bank or payment gateway during the original transaction will not be refunded in the money-back request.

4. Warranty and RMA Claim

  • Manufacturer Warranty Only: Next Generation Laptop functions solely as a retailer/store. Products sold by us (new laptops, used laptops, and spare parts) are covered exclusively by the original Manufacturer’s Warranty (if present). NG Laptop passes the manufacturer’s warranty through to the customer, who acknowledges that recourse lies only against the product’s manufacturer.
  • Proof of Purchase: The customer must provide proof of purchase (invoice/money receipt) to claim any warranty service.
  • Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping charges for all warranty services to our store location. (Note: This excludes international shipping costs, which are covered by NG Laptop for valid IWC claims).
  • Compatibility: NG Laptop cannot guarantee the compatibility of items (especially spare parts). Customers should contact the manufacturer directly with compatibility issues or concerns.
  • Right to Refuse Service: Next Generation Laptop reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

5. Physical Damage Policy

Physical damage to any product purchased from NG Laptop will automatically void the warranty coverage.

  • Warranty Void: Improper installation, physical damage, evidence of burning, removal or tampering of stickers/seals (including SN/warranty stickers), damage caused by liquid, or general product mishandling will void the warranty.
  • Return Policy: NG Laptop will return any physically damaged Products to the customer at the customer’s expense.

6. Disclaimer of All Other Warranties

Next Generation Laptop makes no representation or expressed warranty with respect to the product except those explicitly stated in this document.
